•THREAD-JACKING: Fine! Just please take it to an IC inbox if it's getting to be 10+ tags, especially if it's private.
•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: Fourth-walling for the Whoniverse is okay if she brings up Who-specific stuff; fourth-walling her specifically is only okay if your character would have watched an episode airing in November 2015. Mistaking her for any other character played by Maisie Williams is absolutely fine; she might even agree she could have been that person at some point.
•BACKTAGGING: Yes, though if something is more than a couple of weeks old and events have moved on significantly I might prefer to get in touch OOC and work out how a thread wrapped up.
•AVOIDED TOPICS: N/A
•PREFERRED GENDER PRONOUN: She/her
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: Shortly after 'Face The Raven'; approximately January 2016
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Ashildr is apparently about 17, 5’ 1", with dark hair and eyes. Her hair, makeup and clothes tend to depend on the kind of persona she's trying to project, but she always dresses at least decently and roughly in line with early 21st century fashions, with the occasional throwback. She has what appears to be a tattoo on her neck, which for some time she may keep hidden under her clothes. Anyone with any temporal sensitivity will be able to tell that she's about 1200 years old; her body also comprises a small amount of bioengineering from an alien species, noticeable by anyone sensitive to that sort of thing.
•DEMEANOR: This depends slightly on the person she's deciding to be on any given day, but generally, Ashildr acts like she doesn't give a fuck because she has absolutely no reason to. She's confident, assertive and speaks her mind; on the other hand, she keeps people at arm's length and is naturally introverted because she finds the company of mortals quite draining.
•ABILITIES:
Since her absorption of an alien medical kit which will 'never stop fixing her', Ashildr has very nearly lost the ability to die and is described as 'functionally immortal'. The Doctor implies that it is still possible for her to die, and Ashildr's response is that they would 'have to be fast'. I would assume that anything which would kill her instantly and do irreparable damage to her body (e.g. death by beheading, extermination by Dalek etc) will still do so. Anything else, she will be able to recover from, and I assume that non-lethal wounds will also heal significantly faster than they would in a normal human, though not instantaneously. As a rule of thumb, anything that would disable a human for a month will put her out of action for a week.
Ashildr is also bonded to the 'Raven' - a kind of spirit called a Quantum Shade - which she uses as a death sentence to those who disobey the law in the community she runs. When locked to a specific person, the Raven will kill whoever the person is locked to - or another individual who agrees to take on the death sentence. It is capable of pursuing its quarry across time and space. Obviously on the Barge, Ashildr will not have access to the Raven at all - though she retains the bond, albeit ineffectually. (This leaves her with a dog whistle for a dog which is several planes of reality out of earshot.)
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: See above. Ashildr will probably never feel a need to visit the infirmary.
•CABIN INFORMATION: TBA; for the time being, the door of Ashildr's cabin is oak panel as you might find in an old house.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: N/A. Ashildr is incredibly difficult to annoy unless you start waxing lyrical about the Doctor.
IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: Yes. Keep in mind that Ashildr has a finite/human-length memory, so, her long-term memory may include particularly vivid events from previous identities but a recollection of the entire 1200 years of her life will simply not be there.
•MIMICRY: Yes
•VIOLENCE: Yes. Ashildr is as physically strong as someone her size can realistically be, and an extremely talented combatant, but she is baseline human physically.
•MAGIC: Yes
•DEBATE: Yes. She'll probably get bored and wander off, though. She doesn't really care what you think; you'll probably just die eventually.
